At the beginning of the resort area of Las Americas in the south of the largest of the Canary Islands you can see the picture, broadcast by this live webcam Tenerife. Your eyes can watch the turbulent and smooth waves of Atlantic Ocean, watch,as beautiful sunsets color the clouds in fantastic colors. You can dream of the upcoming vacation to the island of eternal spring, as many people call Tenerife. Thanks to a webcam, that works in real time, you can easily get an idea of the weather in the resort. You can see the image at any time, and you can “visit” the Canary Island in free houres from the business. The webcam is equipped with a digital scoreboard, that shows the exact date and time in Tenerife (the difference with Moscow is minus 2 hours).
TLas Americas is considered the noisiest resort on the island. There are many entertainment establishments, nightclubs (one of the best is the “Papagao” club), restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine and a variety of cocktails and wines. Shopping lovers here also have an occupation. There are several large shopping centers in the district and a lot of boutiques nearby. Getting to Tenerife South from the airport to the resort is very easy, as the distance between them is less, than 20 km. This webcam, broadcast by Sctenerife, does not look at all the above-mentioned entertainment, but on the immense Atlantic Ocean. Its waves pounce on the sand and coastal stones, leaving a white fluffy foam on them. To conquer the waves dream many travelers from different countries, so they come to Tenerife to go surfing in one of the schools of the island.
The webcam Tenerife – Las Americas is panoramic. She slowly opens you new pictures. In the right part of the cam you can see part of the coast of Costa Adeje and the mountains, hiding behind the clouds. In the central part of the web camera you can see the promenade and the Mediterranean high palm trees. When the camera turns to the left, your view opens an artificial lava pool with sea water, in which is convenient to swim in inclement weather. Opposite the pool, on the beach, is the Hotel Villa Cortez. You can see in the ocean small figures of people, desperately trying to conquer the waves on surfboards. In the central part of the chamber there is a small section, called El Bunker. Here, under a layer of sand, paleontologists discovered soil and shell samples, which are about 100 thousand years old.
In good weather, the Tenerife webcam allows you to see on the horizon another island of the Canary archipelago – La Gomera. There you can go in the morning on a tour from the port of Los Cristianos, located east of the resort of Las Americas and bordering on it, and return back the same day in the evening. A magnificent ocean, a lot of entertainment for children and adults, tasty food and good music, great shopping is an excuse to come to Las Americas and have an unforgettable holiday here.
