Walking along the promenade you will see shops where you can buy self-made tablecloths and napkins, as well as ceramics made by the hands of local masters. From the port, fishermen go to sea to bring fresh seafood ashore. Near the port there is a small fishing market where you can buy seafood. The city of Altea is rich in historical and cultural attractions. It does not have tall buildings, which gives it an extra charm. But in this beautiful town you can come from Benidorm or Albir, renting a car, because car rental in Spain is very developed and convenient for those, who do not like to sit on the ground during the holidays.
